Complaints Policy

We are required by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to protect your privacy rights.

As a team of dental professionals we are regulated in the UK by the General Dental Council (GDC). We are required by the GDC to comply to certain rules on our website.

 

In the rare case of a complaint, we want to hear from you. If we don’t know about it, then we can’t fix it.

 

The first step is to tell us about it. In many cases, complaints can be dealt with effectively and efficiently. We really do want to help.

If your complaint is about private dental care you may make your complaint directly to us at the practice. If you remain unhappy after we have responded to you may contact The dental Complaints Service:
